How a transaction actually progresses.
A defined sequence from intake to close, with the same honesty applied at every step: what is verified, what is declared, and what simply is not connected yet.
What is live today
The scale, restated
| Band | Rate |
|---|---|
| First $1,000,000 | 10% |
| Next $1,000,000 | 8% |
| Next $1,000,000 | 6% |
| Next $1,000,000 | 4% |
| Above $4,000,000 | 2% |
Applied marginally. A $4,000,000 sale carries $280,000.00 — 7% effective, not 10%.

Six steps from intake to completion. Each one is implemented in the product, not merely described here.
Submit an asset for preliminary qualification
A structured intake covering contact details, sector, monetisation, twelve-month revenue and net profit, asking price, and operating context. The eligibility floor is evaluated as you enter the profit figure, so you know the result before you commit to submitting.
Every financial figure is recorded as self-reported. Nothing is published at this stage.
Attach supporting financial evidence
Upload revenue records or corporate tax returns if you have them. Files are validated for type and size, hashed, and written to private object storage. They are never exposed on a public URL, and access is logged.
Submitting without evidence is permitted, but a submission cannot progress past preliminary review without it.
Preliminary review and clarification
A human reviewer assesses the submission, may request additional information, and records a decision. Statuses progress through Draft, Submitted, Awaiting preliminary review, Additional information requested, Qualified for further review, or Rejected.
Qualified for further review is not the same as verified. Verification is a distinct, documented step.
Confidential listing preparation
A qualified asset is represented on the marketplace by an anonymous identifier and sector-level metrics. Your trading name, domain, and financial records remain restricted.
You can review the published record from your dashboard before any buyer requests an introduction.
Introduction and diligence
An approved buyer requests an introduction, which opens a confidential deal room. Both parties communicate through a filtered, logged channel and progress through a fixed sequence of stages.
The filter is a deterrent and audit layer, not an escrow service or a security certification.
Agreement, settlement, and transfer
Terms are documented in a signed agreement that sets the applicable commission and the settlement arrangements. Asset transfer follows whatever the agreement specifies between the parties.
The platform does not hold funds, does not act as escrow, and does not execute transfers.
For buyers
The buyer path from mandate registration to a confidential workspace.
Register an acquisition mandate
Declare your entity, country, preferred sectors, target price range, monetisation preferences, timeline, and available capital. The minimum declared allocation is a configurable marketplace rule.
Declared capital is a declaration. It is explicitly not proof of funds and not verified at application.
Accept the confidentiality terms
A versioned acknowledgment is recorded with a UTC timestamp and the requesting IP address. The checkbox is never pre-checked and submission is blocked until it is actively selected.
Acceptance is evidence of agreement to the stated terms; a real transaction requires identified parties and confirmed signatory authority.
Human review
A reviewer assesses the application. Statuses are Draft, Submitted, Under review, Additional information requested, Approved for appropriate access, Declined, or Withdrawn.
Approval is a decision by a person. No badge or access is granted automatically on submission.
Browse confidential summaries
Approved buyers see the confidential summary tier for listings: additional operating context, region, and diligence availability. Identifying details and source documents stay gated per mandate.
Access events are logged against your account.
Request an introduction
Requesting an introduction on a specific record opens a deal room with the seller side. Communication is filtered for direct-coordinate exchange and retained as an auditable record.
One room per listing per buyer. Access is enforced server-side on every request.
Diligence and completion
Review the material the seller authorises, ask questions, and proceed toward a letter of intent and definitive agreement in whatever form the parties agree.
The platform provides workflow and record-keeping. It does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Statuses are explicit
Draft, submitted, awaiting review, information requested, qualified, rejected, withdrawn. No status is inferred from a visual cue — each is a stored value shown as a labelled badge.
Verification is separate
Every monetary figure carries a verification label. Self-reported, declared, and independently verified are three different states and are never merged into one "verified" badge.
The agreement governs
The calculator is an estimate. The executed brokerage agreement sets the commission that actually applies to a transaction, including any negotiated variation in writing.
Start at the beginning.
Sellers: run your profit figure through intake. Buyers: register a mandate. Both take a few minutes and neither publishes anything without review.
